Ebiogen Inc. has signed an implementation and technology transfer agreement (technology transfer agreement) with Ajou University (Medical Technology Commercialization Team) for the “Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC) semi-quantitative test kit” technology developed and owned by Ajou University.
This technology transfer agreement is significant in that Ebiogen has secured a core enabling technology essential to its drug detection kit product line, which is being developed and marketed under the BAROSGEN brand.
